OUR SERVICE
Our commitment to consistency is built on six pillars of control—standardizing every process from heat treatment to profile grinding—ensuring reliable, top-tier performance.
Adhering to rigorous ISO protocols, our standardized process management ensures batch-to-batch consistency and minimizes manufacturing deviations for every production run.
Raw material blanks undergo comprehensive thermal and cryogenic treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring superior substrate stability for subsequent grinding.
Strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) govern all machinery usage, eliminating human error and guaranteeing uniform machining parameters across production lines.
We utilize digital metrology to precisely control edge honing and micro-geometry, optimizing coating adhesion and extending tool life predictability.
Production relies on state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC grinding centers and Klingelnberg measuring systems, forming the backbone of our precision engineering.
Advanced grinding algorithms achieve micron-level accuracy in relief angles and involute forms, ensuring strict compliance with DIN Class AAA standards.

AWe are manufacturer. Founded in 2009, Nobeve operates a highly advanced manufacturing facility in Changzhou, China. We have over 80 sets of advanced production and testing equipment in-house, allowing us to control every step of the manufacturing process, from raw material preparation to final coating and inspection.
AThe foundation of a highly reliable cutting tool is its raw material. We consistently use original imported solid tungsten steel rods from Konrad Friedrichs in Germany. This material features extremely fine 0.5µm particles and 0.2µm powder, which significantly improves cutting stability and extends the service life of our hobs compared to standard conventional materials.
AYes. In addition to standard DIN profiles, we have strong R&D capabilities to design customized tools. By utilizing professional automated hob design software, we can simulate the gear hobbing process to provide specific solutions for complex components, such as harmonic reducer gears, planetary reducers, automotive power steering splines, and medical device positioning splines.
APrecision is verified through rigorous inspection, not just estimation. We utilize top-tier measurement centers, including the KLINGELNBERG P26 and Links CNC3903A. For complex tooth profiles that traditional projection cannot accurately measure, we deploy ZOLLER optical testing equipment to thoroughly verify R&D accuracy and ensure strict adherence to DIN AA or DIN AAA standards.
AOur core manufacturing relies on advanced CNC grinding technology. We utilize Japanese “IGAWA-TSU” CNC hob grinding machines and the highly precise “SAACKE” HGIIIA grinding center introduced in 2023. This machinery highly optimizes our capability in tooth profile modification and precision control during the production process.
AWe fully understand that timely delivery is critical for your production schedule. For standard specification hobs, we can typically arrange processing and shipment swiftly. For customized non-standard tools, production is usually completed efficiently after the final technical drawings are approved. We offer flexible international shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, and DAP. Because gear cutting tools are high-value and relatively compact, we highly recommend and frequently use reliable international express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for fast, door-to-door global delivery.
ATo adapt to different cutting environments, we apply advanced PVD coatings from Oerlikon Balzers. For high-speed hard cutting in oil-cooling environments (ranging from HRC45° to HRC62°), we typically recommend our hobs with BALINIT® ALTENSA coating. For materials below HRC45° in dry or oil cutting, BALINIT® ALCRONA PRO is an excellent choice for maintaining high performance.
AWe solve this challenge through exceptional initial tool quality and comprehensive remote technical support. First, we strictly utilize premium Konrad Friedrichs solid carbide rods from Germany and advanced Oerlikon Balzers PVD coatings (like BALINIT® ALTENSA or ALCRONA PRO), which significantly extend the initial lifespan of the tool and reduce the frequency of maintenance. Second, our engineering team provides precise cutting parameter recommendations tailored to your specific gear hobbing machines to prevent premature wear. If you work with a local tool-sharpening service in your country, we can supply the original geometrical parameters to assist them in accurately re-grinding your Nobeve tools.
AYes, supply chain transparency is a core principle of our manufacturing process. For our main series of products, we insist on using original imported solid tungsten steel rods from Konrad Friedrichs in Germany. We maintain material traceability records and can verify the origin and grade of the carbide utilized in your specific batch.
AAbsolutely. Our facility is located at 516 Chaoyang Industrial Zone, Furong, Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu. We welcome international engineers and sourcing managers to visit our plant. For clients unable to travel, we also offer scheduled virtual factory tours via video conference to demonstrate our CNC workshops, inspection centers, and quality control processes.
